MaxClass is being developed with Erlang, the high performance open source language.

Erlang – originally developed at Ericsson – is a language that is very suitable for extremley high performance platforms like MaxClass that want to offer millions of users a friendly, stable, and safe environment. Twitter and Facebook are also using Erlang.
