Importing – free service by MaxClass
If you think adding or inviting members is too much work, you can also import them.
Free serviceIf you send a Excel, Open Office Calc or EDEXml file, MaxClass Support will import it for you for free. Use the template below or send an existing file to support@maxclass.com. Please include names of school and class and you name in the mail.
You can choose:
CSV / Excel – import a class or whole school from one single CSV (or Excel) file including e-mail addresses. Please see below. You can include all pupils/students or parents in one go!
EDEXml – import a class or school from an EDEXml file and add parents and e-mail addresses later. If you send a CSV, Excel or EDEXml file to MaxClass support we will import it for you for free.

Download this Excel sheet. Colors have been used for this instruction.
We will check the file and import it within a few days. You must already be a manager of the class, please use the same e-mail address you use in MaxClass.
