Jeana Lanktree

Jeana brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, where she has built, scaled, and led high-performing operational teams and helped establish one of the largest physician lending groups in the country. Her career spans the brokerage and correspondent channels—she has owned a brokerage and operated extensively on the correspondent side—as well as consulting, where she advises mortgage professionals and organizations on operational excellence, compliance alignment, and scalable growth strategy.

She has been affiliated with MaxClass since 2024, initially serving as a national Continuing Education instructor before becoming the Director of Education. In this role, she leads national instructor development, curriculum innovation, compliance education strategy, certification product creation, audit-readiness training, and brand expansion initiatives. Her work focuses on elevating the standard of mortgage education—bridging regulatory complexity with practical application so professionals can lead with confidence in a highly regulated and evolving industry.

Known for combining operational depth with strategic vision, Jeana is passionate about strengthening industry standards, and equipping mortgage leaders with the structure, clarity, and tools needed to build sustainable success.

She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Consumer and Community Studies, along with Certifications in Certified Financial Planning and Data Analytics from the University of Utah. Outside of her professional endeavors, she values her role with her family.
