Here are some helpful tips to help resolve most issues

Here are a few troubleshooting tips that often help resolve issues within our courses:

  1. Use a laptop or desktop computer (rather than a mobile or tablet).
  2. Use Google Chrome as your browser at all times for the best experience.
  3. Disable any ad blockers or Chrome extensions – these can sometimes prevent content from loading properly.

    To disable Chrome extensions:
    Open Chrome > Click the three dots in the top-right corner > Go to Extensions > Manage Extensions > Toggle off each extension.
    This will temporarily stop them from running without deleting any data.
  4. Clear your browser's cache and cookies:

    Google Chrome
    : More (three dots) > More tools > Clear browsing data
    Mozilla Firefox
    : Menu (three lines) > Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
    Microsoft Edge
    : More (three dots) > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear
    Safari
    : From the Safari menu > Clear History... > Select the desired time range > Clear History
