Here are a few troubleshooting tips that often help resolve issues within our courses:
- Use a laptop or desktop computer (rather than a mobile or tablet).
- Use Google Chrome as your browser at all times for the best experience.
- Disable any ad blockers or Chrome extensions – these can sometimes prevent content from loading properly.
To disable Chrome extensions:
Open Chrome > Click the three dots in the top-right corner > Go to Extensions > Manage Extensions > Toggle off each extension.
This will temporarily stop them from running without deleting any data.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies:
Google Chrome: More (three dots) > More tools > Clear browsing data
Mozilla Firefox: Menu (three lines) > Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
Microsoft Edge: More (three dots) > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear
Safari: From the Safari menu > Clear History... > Select the desired time range > Clear History
