Welcome to the 2025 1-Hour District of Columbia SAFE Continuing Education Course. This course is broken up into two chapters. In Chapter 1, we will talk about the DC Department of Insurance, Securities, and Banking, along with prohibited acts and required conduct. In Chapter 2, we will discuss the DC Home Loan Protection Act and compare the state law with the federal law, and discuss compliance requirements.
