Welcome to the 2025 1-Hour New Mexico SAFE Continuing Education Course! This course is divided into two chapters: Required & Prohibited Conduct & the NM Home Loan Protection Act. In Chapter 1, we will discuss required and prohibited conduct with a spotlight on prohibited acts and enforcement. In Chapter 2, we will discuss the New Mexico Home Loan Protection Act with a spotlight on what’s not permitted on all home loans under this act.
