Welcome to the 2025 1 Hour KY SAFE Continuing Education Course. This course is broken up into two chapters: Required Conduct and Prohibited Acts. In the first chapter, we will discuss the state regulatory authority as well as information on advertising, recordkeeping, fees and licensing concerns. In Chapter 2, we will discuss prohibited acts and the Kentucky Residential Mortgage Fraud Act.
