2025 1 Hour NC SAFE: Prohibited Acts & Affordable Housing OSS (17377)

Welcome to the 2025 1-Hour North Carolina Continuing Education Course! This course will tackle two essential topics: Prohibited Acts & Practices and Affordable Housing. This course is broken into two chapters. In Chapter 1, we will dive into prohibited acts and practices, including conversations about the regulatory agency, examinations, fraud, and duties of mortgage brokers. In Chapter 2, we will discuss affordable housing, including discussions on the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, the state of the housing market in North Carolina, and the programs offered by the NCHFA.
