Course Objectives

This course provides mortgage professionals operating in Nevada with a comprehensive overview of the state's mortgage regulatory framework, including key limitations on residential mortgage loans, requirements for proper disclosures and advertising, and the management of escrow and trust accounts. Participants will explore prohibited acts and practices within the mortgage industry, as well as the procedures for disciplinary actions and penalties that may arise from non-compliance.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
