2025 1 Hour WA SAFE: Fair Lending & Financial Privacy OSS (17163)

Welcome to the 2025 1-Hour WA SAFE Continuing Education Course! This course will discuss two essential topics: Fair Lending and Financial Privacy. This course has two chapters. In Chapter 1, we will discuss fair lending, precisely what’s not allowed in Washington, and then what they have been doing recently to elevate the impact of discriminatory housing practices in the state. Chapter 2 will discuss financial privacy requirements in Washington and how they compare to federal statutes.
