Welcome to the 2025 2 Hour West Virginia SAFE Continuing Education Course! This course is broken down into two important chapters: Required Topics & Reverse Mortgages. In Chapter 1, we will discuss all the topics required by the West Virigina Division of Financial Institutions, these are all important topics that apply to every day activities as a mortgage loan originator. In Chapter 2, we we are going to discuss reverse mortgages, what they are, how they work, and how West Virgiina regulates them.
