Her career spans the brokerage and correspondent channels—having both owned a brokerage and worked extensively on the correspondent side—as well as consulting, where she partners with mortgage professionals through her own firm to strengthen operations and drive results. She also works with a top-performing lending team at CrossCountry Mortgage, where she remains actively engaged in origination and industry innovation.
In addition to her leadership and consulting work, she serves as a nationwide Continuing Education Instructor for MaxClass, equipping industry peers with knowledge and tools to succeed. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Consumer and Community Studies, along with a minor in Certified Financial Planning and a certification in Data Analytics from the University of Utah.
