2025 BSA/AML Compliance Course

Welcome to the 2025 BSA/AML Compliance Course! This 30-minute course satisfies the annual BSA/AML training requirement as mandated by law. In this course, we will cover the basics of BSA/AML, including conversation on the US Patriot Act and changes made to BSA/AML in 2024 and the first half of 2025. We will also discuss red flags and best practices and end our conversation talking about cryptocurrency.‍

You should expect to spend 30 minutes on this course.

The course is broken into 5 sections:

1.      Section 1 – Understanding Money Laundering

2.      Section 2 – Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering

3.      Section 3 – US Patriot Act

4.      Section 4 – Red Flags & Best Practices

5.      Section 5 – Cryptocurrency & Money Laundering

There is a 10-question final quiz with a passing score of 70%.
