• Hostile Work Environment
• Recognize inappropriate workplace conduct, including verbal, non-verbal, physical, and digital harassment.
• Understand the difference between intent and impact, and explain why “joking” or “not meaning harm” is not a defense.
• Apply strategies for active bystander intervention, including the 4 D’s: Direct, Distract, Delegate, and Delay.
• Describe reporting options and procedures for addressing harassment concerns.
• Define retaliation and explain why it is prohibited and must be reported immediately.
