Welcome to the 2026 Late CE 1-Hour CA-DFPI SAFE Continuing Education Course! This course's students are licensed in California under the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). This course is divided into two chapters. In Chapter 1, we will discuss the impact of climate change and wildfires on the state of California and how they impact lending in the state. Chapter 2 will discuss the California DFPI, fraud, prohibited acts and practices, and penalties.
